Position Status: Full Time (40 hrs week) 

Pay Range: $16.61  -  21.77 

 

Job Summary

Stock, pick, and package all parts promptly and correctly.  Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, stocker picker and other parts related vehicles.  Perform various warehouse functions.

Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities

  1. Fill orders from stock
  2. Delivery parts to proper areas designated by the shipping code on the PSO
  3. Package parts
  4. Replenish shelf stock
  5. Pull PSO in the order assigned by lead person with less than 1 error per 1200 line items pulled
  6. Works safely at all times.  Adheres to all applicable safety policies.  Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards.
  7. Keep Shipping and Receiving areas, docks, bays and warehouse clean and neat at all times
  8. Load common carrier and company truck shipments
  9. Ensure trucks are properly loaded and secured
  10. Perform maintenance check on all warehouse equipment
  11. Must accomplish training and serve as a Green Belt in support of EMPIRE's Six Sigma program.
  12. Works within and promotes corporate values.

Additional Requirements

  1. Make deliveries to other locations/client sites as needed.
  2. Maintain facilities to include but not limited to sweeping, raking, trash pick-up, etc.
  3. Must have valid driver's license.

Additional Level Requirements

  • Warehouse Worker IV: Must have prior warehouse material storage and retrieval experience.
