Pay Range: $69,460.00 - $118,770
Job Summary:
Implement Empire business strategy while driving a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI). Lead project teams to improve critical business processes that drive successful financial results and improve the client experience. Recruit, train and lead project team members.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain high quality and quantity work standards.
- Lead projects where the subject focus and solutions are moderately complex in nature, availability, and attainability.
- Identify opportunities, define and financially justify projects.
- Develop team members. Identify integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements.
- Track project status and results, remove and alleviate project barriers.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project. Arrange recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Prepare project reports for management.
- Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

- Build a successful/cohesive team using development tools, resources, training, goals, performance measures, and a flexible interpersonal style. Facilitate the completion of team goals.
- Identify present and potential troublesome situations and their causes. Investigate to a level that reveals total impact of the situation. Identify trends and patterns and develop measures to solve or prevent repeat occurrence.
- Understand client requirements, define/understand processes, and their effectiveness, efficiency and adaptability; ability to take a systematic view of activities from a broad perspective; analyze processes; establish a vision for optimization.
- Encourage individuals to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities. Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
- Utilize cost analysis methods and procedures to determine resource allocations and evaluate alternatives in organization. Uses established principles and practices to gather data, interpret information, and explain fluctuating elements and risk in investments.
- Collects and researches data, synthesizes complex or diverse information. Reads, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to effectively perform public speaking presentations and written communications skills.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to perform statistical analysis on systems and projects.
- Ability to learn and apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Ability to develop alternative solutions and workable implementation plans.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well. Ability to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
- Must have acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience or training.
- A diverse knowledge of various organizational functions.
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
