Job Summary:

Perform preventive and repair maintenance.



  1. Responds to all reasonable requests for maintenance service.   Be alert to other tasks, which need to be done.
  2. Works safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.



  1. Maintains good housekeeping and safe work conditions.
  2. Makes recommendations for changes or improvements to safety practices and housekeeping. 
  3. Maintains proper safety practices.
  4. Completes other assignments as requested by the supervisor.
  5. Work within and promote corporate values.



  1. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and any shift.
  2. Must be willing to work in varying outdoor/indoor weather conditions and environments at a variety of tasks.
  3. Must be willing to comply with all company policies and procedures   including grooming standards and safety regulations.
  4. Must be willing to acquire and use personal hand tools to perform job duties.
  5. Must have a working knowledge of electrical circuitry, plumbing, carpentry, and air handlers and controls.
  6. Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
  7. Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to assist all personnel in a professional manner.
  8. Ability to maintain consistent attendance.



  1. Previous experience as a maintenance repair person.
  2. Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools such as shovel, rake, pipe wrench and drill motor.
  3. Experience in general trade skills such as carpentry, masonry, fence repair, plumbing, painting, and miscellaneous repair.
  4. Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
